Pull-Buoy ConeKlipz accommodate 24 inch, 30 inch or 36 inch Diameter hoops and can be dropped easily into the open-top traffic cones. The C-clip features a slip-proof rubber surface, which is covered with a high-impact ABS plastic that is shatter-proof. The clip can be locked in any angle by a ball-and-joint socket and the hoops can be used as move-through obstacles, toss-targets or even mini round soccer goals. Sold in a pair.
